West Cottage is a four star rated property adjoining a Georgian listed farmhouse in a village location, three miles form the historic city of Carlisle.

The Farmhouse dates back to the early 1700's. The village of Cumwhinton is set in the rolling hills of The Eden Valley.

Cumwhinton village is within a short walk and has a shop with post office (800m) and a pub (200m) which serves good food.

West Cottage provides a perfect base for exploring 'The Great Border City' of Carlisle, UNESCO World Heritage Site Hadrian's Wall, The Lake District National Park, The Solway Coast, The Eden Valley, The Scottish Borders and the world famous Gretna Green.

West Cottage comes fully equipped - Linen and Towels provided.
There are modern comforts such as Freeview TV and Wireless Internet.

West Cottage is available all year round on a weekly basis Saturday to Saturday although short breaks are also available dependent on availability.

West Cottage has off road parking for up to 4 cars.

Well behaved dogs welcomed at a small surcharge and must not be left unattended.
