Industrial Estates
All of Carlisle's industrial estates benefit from easy access to the city's road and rail infrastructure to facilitate import and export of goods.
Kingstown Industrial Estate to the north of the city has the advantage of direct access to the new Northern Development Route. Adjacent to Junction 43 of the M6 motorway is Rosehill Industrial Estate and a little further south is Durranhill, a large estate off Eastern Way. Willowholme Industrial Estate is in the heart of the city, whilst on the fringes of the city are spacious sites at Brampton and Longtown.
