After reading the details below along with terms and conditions, please print the PDF application at the end. Then fill in the application form and send to the address at the head of the letter contained in the PDF. Applications will not be valid without your signature and payment.

Please try to send a photograph of your stall, especially if you we don't know you. This will greatly help your application.

Stalls
You must bring your own stall or exhibition unit - no structure or equipment is supplied (you are buying a licence to occupy and trade from a defined plot of land).

Stalls will not be allowed to have a depth that exceeds frontage paid for (Maximum depth for any stall is 6 metres without prior agreement). Pitches are measured precisely which means it will not be possible to give any extra space when you arrive above that which is on your application. You must therefore plan carefully and be sure to include any guy ropes or tow bar etc into your pitch dimensions.

Electricity
You cannot use your own generator. An onsite electric supply company will provide a power supply to your stall at extra cost if needed.

Vehicles
You must give accurate information about any vehicle or trailer that you intend to put behind your stall (if you need this!). We will attempt to fit this vehicle in but larger vehicles may mean we will have to park your vehicle away from your stall. Any trader allocated a corner pitch will not have space directly behind their stall for a vehicle, however we will always attempt to park vehicles as close as possible.

Trade space will sell very quickly so don't delay your application. However, please take time to complete forms thoroughly and clearly, and you must answer all questions for application to be valid. You must also send a copy of public liability insurance showing policy number and expiry date (must be valid for event dates).
