The author and change specialist, talking about her new book Another Door Opens, will introduce five practical steps to help you move forward with confidence and creativity.
“Nothing is so painful to the human mind as a great and sudden change.” (Mary Shelley, Frankenstein)
Author Eleanor Tweddell invites you to reimagine your relationship with change as she shares insights from her book Another Door Opens. She will be sharing the personal stories and reflections that inspired her to write this guide to navigating life’s inevitable transitions. Eleanor will introduce the five practical steps at the heart of her book, showing how they can help you move forward with confidence and creativity. Whether you’re facing change in your own life, or simply curious about fresh approaches to personal growth, this is a chance to hear from the author herself and ask your questions.
Author of Why Losing Your Job Could Be the Best Thing That Ever Happens to You, and Another Door Opens, Eleanor also writes for the media and hosts her podcast, Another Door.
Based in the Lake District, she is a change specialist, and founder of Another Door. She helps individuals, teams, and organisations navigate transformation with confidence, reframing change as opportunity. With over 20 years in senior corporate roles at brands like Virgin Atlantic, Costa Coffee, and Vodafone, she built her business after experiencing redundancy first-hand. Eleanor delivers talks, workshops, and coaching, guiding people through uncertainty with practical tools and inspiring narratives. Her clients include Channel 4, BAFTA, and Harvey Nichols.
