It is a great base for exploring the local area with the Lake district, Scotland, Kielder & Kershope Forests and Hadrian’s Wall country all within easy reach. Sandysike Hideaway – Completely off grid cabin in the woods. It is powered by solar, has a rainwater flushing toilet and a pump action sink tap! It is packed with little quirks to make your stay memorable. It sleeps a maximum of 2 people and offers a truly unique experience. Sandysike Bunkhouse – Dormitory style accommodation, it’s the ideal stop over for walking Hadrian’s Wall. It has a self service kitchen, bathroom including shower and a snug with a cosy open fire. It sleeps a maximum of 8 people.
