Tours last for approximately one and a half hours through the historic streets of Carlisle city centre. Please note this tour does not go into any buildings or under the railway station.

Tours are recommended for ages 14+ (those under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult).

Tours start at 8pm from the red post box outside Carlisle’s Old Town Hall. They are fully accessible but advance notice of any mobility issues would be appreciated. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome but will have to remain on the lead.

Tickets are £12 per person and are available from the Carlisle Tourist Information Centre (01228 598596) or online. Booking is essential.
