Falling close to Remembrance Day, Carlisle Racecourse’s Afternoon Racing on Monday 9 November gives us a chance to pay our respects with an excellent day of Jumps action.

The feature race is the Weatherbys Graduation Chase, which often throws up a future star.
Thanks to a great card, it's a raceday that is well worth attending, and a brilliant way to wipe away those Monday blues.
Gates open 10.45am, first race at 12.15pm, last race at 3.58pm (timings are subject to change, please check the Carlisle Racecourse website for the most up to date information).
War Memorial wreath laying and minutes silence observed at 11am.

A short drive from Carlisle city centre, with taxis available from Carlisle Railway Station and a complimentary bus back into the city after racing.
