Discover how Brampton played a crucial role in the Jacobite invasion of 1745 when Bonny Prince Charlie, who was staying there, accepted the surrender of Carlisle from the Mayor.

Entrance fee: £4 for members; £6 for non-members, including refreshments. Pay on the door.
